PawMade Meals reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control (including weather, traffic, or carrier delays). Due to the perishable nature of our products, PawMade Meals cannot guarantee product quality if delivery instructions are not followed, or if orders are not promptly received, refrigerated, or frozen by the customer.
Shipping Policy - the basics

At PawMade Meals, we currently provide local delivery only within the Las Vegas area. We do not ship outside of our service area at this time.
Delivery Area

Local delivery is available in Las Vegas and surrounding areas (e.g., Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas).

At checkout, you will be prompted to confirm your delivery address is within our service area.
Delivery Services

Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 AM qualify for next-day delivery during our scheduled delivery windows.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered on the following available delivery day.
Delivery Fees

Orders over $35: Free local delivery

Orders under $35: $8 delivery fee applies
Delivery Times

Deliveries are made during our designated delivery windows.

Customers must be available to receive perishable orders at the address provided.

If you are unavailable, please leave a cooler or instructions for safe drop-off.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the order, the package will be left at your doorstep (or as instructed). We are not responsible for product spoilage after delivery has been completed.
