Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
1) All Sales Final (Perishables)
Meals and treats are made fresh and cannot be restocked—ALL SALES ARE FINAL once shipped, delivered, or picked up.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, thawed beyond safe temps, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email info@pawmademeals.com with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of packaging, product labels, and the issue
After review, we’ll provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected items.
3) Quality Concerns
If your dog won’t eat the product or you have a quality concern, contact us within 72 hours. We’ll assess case-by-case and may offer store credit as a courtesy.
4) Missed Deliveries & Unsafe Handling
Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and being available to receive perishables. Products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt. We cannot refund orders that spoil due to delayed retrieval, incorrect addresses, or improper storage/handling.
5) Shipping Delays
Weather or carrier delays can occur. We’ll help file claims and, where appropriate, issue replacements or credits for items that arrive unsafe.
6) Cancellations & Changes
Local delivery: Cancel or modify 24 hours before your scheduled window for a full refund. Please email info@pawmademeals.com for modifications.
Shipped orders: Cancel before the order is packed/label created. Once in transit, the order cannot be
canceled.
Subscriptions: (If available) You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your renewal charge date. Charges after renewal follow the policy above.
7) Non-Refundable Items/Fees
Gift cards, promotional items, discounted 'last chance' products, and shipping fees (unless we made an error).
8) Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary). Store credits are issued immediately once approved.
